About 100 young professionals and managers from across the consulting engineering industry came together to network, enjoy a fabulous meal and hear a panel discussion on Leadership and Collaboration.
The panel of; Allyson Desgroseilliers, P.Eng, Environment & Infrastructure, Amec Foster Wheeler, David Krahn, P.Eng, Dillion Consulting Limited, Dawn Nedohin-Macek, P. Eng, FEC, SMIEEE, Project Portfolio Engineer, Manitoba Hydro and Doug McNeil, P.Eng., Chief Administrative Officer, The City of Winnipeg provided a lively and informative discussion about today’s workplace, that now more than ever, features more than one generation. This makes our teams diverse and presents the opportunity for us to use our teams to achieve much more.
